Taking time to rest, relax and rejuvenate is essential to healthy living. Many of us live with chronic stress, and restorative yoga is a gentle practice that will help you release this stress, back and neck pain, tension headaches and other stress-related diseases.
During this two-hour class, we’ll do a variety of soothing, quieting poses supported by bolsters, blocks, blankets and belts. These passive poses allow you to relax without effort or movement. And are designed to calm the nervous system and move the body toward balance.
